إن الخوف الشديد من إدماج الفنون الثقافية داخل الفضاءات التربوية لبعض دول العالَم الثالث. وترك مفهومها ثابتا كما ورثناه من مغالطات في الرؤية وإصدار الأحكام دون أُسٍّ معرفي ونقد فني تربوي، أفسح المجال لدخول أنواع أخرى من الثقافات، حَشَرَت نفسها تحت مسميات “الفن والإبداع”. التي تهدف إلى جعل إنسان اليوم مجرد سلعة تباع وتُشترى بداخل فضاءات لا تعترف سوى بالربح المادي وزرع المنافسة على التقليد الأعمى، مما أدى لصناعة جيل معطوب، خالٍ من كل أنواع الحساسيات الجمالية في ممارسة فعل الدهشة؛ فالتربية الفنية الثقافية تمكن المجتمعات ليس من فهم الفنون فقط بل تجعلهم يدركون القيم الإنسانية الكامنة وراء تسلسلها التاريخي و الثقافي، كما تقوم بتحفيزهم على إنتاج محتويات ستسهم في التنمية البشرية و ستعزز روح الخلق و الإبداع، الذي سيعمل على نشر الثقافة الفنية وسط عالم اليوم و لم لا المساهمة في خلق اقتصاد إبداعي رأسماله إنسان مؤطر ثقافيا و فنيا. وقد سقط اختيار الدراسة على نموذج فني تمثل في الرقص، بحكم كونه من الفنون الهامشية التي يُنظر إليها بعيون غريزية وكأنه لا يكتنز ثقافة المجتمعات التي يمكن الاستفادة منها تربويا وفكريا وفنيا ولم لا علاجيا.

Abstract: The intense fear of integrating cultural arts within the educational spaces of some Third world countries and leaving their concept static as we inherited from fallacies in vision and issuance of judgments without a foundation of knowledge and art-educational criticism. It gave way to the entry of other types of cultures, cramming themselves under the labels of “art and creativity.” Which aims to make today’s human being a mere commodity that is bought and sold within spaces that recognize only material profit and sow competition for blind imitation. Which led to the creation of a damaged, empty generation of all kinds of aesthetic sensibilities in the practice of the act of amazement. Cultural art education enables societies not only to understand the arts, but also to make them aware of the human values underlying their historical and cultural hierarchy. Not contributing to the creation of a creative economy whose capital is a culturally and artistically framed person. And the choice of study fell on an artistic model represented in dance, by virtue of it being one of the marginal arts that is viewed with instinctive eyes, as if it does not hoard the culture of societies that can be benefited from educationally, intellectually, artistically, and why not therapeutically.
